1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BlueCrab's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

BlueCrab provides AI automation solutions, custom workflow development, and business process automation services. Our services are designed to help businesses automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.

3. Service Agreement

Services are provided on a month-to-month subscription basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Service specifications, deliverables, and pricing will be detailed in a separate service agreement or statement of work.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our services, including but not limited to software, documentation, and methodologies, remain the property of BlueCrab. Custom solutions developed specifically for your business will be outlined in your service agreement.

6. Data and Confidentiality

We respect your confidential information and will handle all client data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any data processing agreements. You retain all rights to your business data.

7. Service Level and Support

We strive to provide reliable services with minimal downtime. Support response times and service level agreements will be specified in your service agreement. Most issues are addressed within 48 hours.

8. Limitation of Liability

BlueCrab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will have access to retrieve your data for a period of 30 days, after which data may be deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify active clients of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BlueCrab operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
